3 Year Olds Newsletter
Dear Parent,
In preparation for our trip to Benton Farm next week, we will be learning about the farm. We will be cutting, sorting, listening to, moving like, creating and gluing farm things. Our stories will be Mrs. Wishy Washy, Wishy Washy Day, and Spots, Feathers, and Curly Tails. We will be singing some farm songs and acting out one of our stories. Our learning goals are: I can listen to a story, I can identify animals by attributes, I can sort animals, I can snip with scissors, I can glue pictures to paper, I can create a tractor with shapes, I can sing a song, I can act out a story with props, I can find my name and I can follow directions,
Our field trip is coming up. If you have not returned the form and payment, please do so tomorrow so we can have an accurate count. If your child is unable to come, we understand but please let us know.

Last week we sent home our traveling game bag. When it comes to your child, please enjoy the contents and then bring it back the next class day so we can pass it on to another family. I also want to remind you about the monthly activity sheet. If your child completes the number of activities on the sheet, he/she can return it for a prize.
As the election gets closer, it is important to know about issues that affect our school. Issue 2 is one of those issues. I am attaching some information about it. I also have yard signs if you would be willing to take one or more and put them out. This could make a huge difference for those of us who want to be able to choose which school is best for our child. Please share the information with anyone you wish. I can get more signs if needed.
Have a blessed week!
Sincerely,
Pamela Nunnelley
