3 Year Olds Newsletter

Dear Parent,
 We  begin our full day schedule this week. Remember drop off is between 8:15 and 8:30. If you come after 8:30, pull behind school and knock on the grey doors so we can let you in. We will bring the children out to your car beginning at 11:20 for AM class and 2:50 for PM class.
This week we will be working on sorting. We will read Grey Rabbit's Odd one Out. This skill will help us when putting toys and other items away in our classroom and should help you at home also. 
On Thursday, I woould like each child to bring in one item from home that will fit in the backpack that is either big or small, not one of each. Our learning goals for this week are: I can follow directions, I can sit and listen to a story, I can find an animal that matches the color of those on the tray, I can find two colors that are the same, I can find a color that is different, I can find two shapes the same, I can find a different shape, I can sort by big and little, I can put objects where they go in our classroom, I can use playdoh to make something big, I can use playdoh to make something little and I can walk on the green line.

September 23- Dine to Donate night at Texas Roadhouse in Ft. Wright. Fliers will be coming.
