R Week-Four year old Week of February 12-16

DONT FORGET OUR VALENTINES PARTY IS ON WEDNESDAY 2/14/2024. 
Please bring in valentines for your child’s friends and we will pass them out before the party! 
Also, we will have our 1st fish fry this Friday 2/16/2024. If you would like to donate some desserts please bring them by Friday. Thanks again for always going above and beyond to help us out! 

This week letter Rr will come visit us! We will do a letter hunt, number hunt and design rainbows out of shape blocks. 

Monday we will:
-Look and find Rrs in stars and then do a maze to follow the Rrs. 
-Do our Queen and King book.
-Color a picture of Robert who has a racing heart and put him in order from 0-10. 
-We will read “The Letter Rr Book”
-The King will introduce himself and his poster. 
Wednesday we will:
-Graph conversation hearts, see what color has the most, then least and finally get to eat a few. YUMMY  
-Our religion for the week will be talking about St Valentines and doing an art about his prayer for us. 
-Then our art will be R is for a rainbow robot.
-We will read “Rhyming Dust Bunnies”
-The king will bring in his favorite book and we will read it. 
Friday we will:
-Write 6 letter Rr words
-Find all the Rs in our R book 
-Play a number game for 1 to 1 corresponding and match how many valentines does Victoria have.  
-We will read “Ribbit”

Please when you are addressing your child’s Valentine’s Day cards, only write your child’s name on the card or gift. EXAMPLE: To:(leave blank) From: Whitney 
We have 20 kids in the AM and 6 kids in the PM. 
We will be decorating a bag at school for our party. 

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
February 14- Valentines Day Party 10:30-11:30 (AM class) and 2-3(PM class). Parents and siblings are welcome! 
February 14- Ash Wednesday  Masses are at 7:35 AM and 7:00 PM.
February 16- St. Patrick Lenten Fish Fry #1 4:30-7:30 PM Dine in and Drive Thru. Please consider helping by donating desserts (drop off with your child on Fridays), volunteering or participating. Contact Mrs. Nunnelley if more information is needed.

February 18- Interactive Family Stations of the Cross in church 9:45-10:45 AM

February 19- No School (President’s Day)

Please bring a full water bottle everyday, only with water please.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR CHILDREN’S FOLDERS EVERYDAY.
