3 Year Olds Newsletter
Dear Parent,
This week we are doing Valentine's Day activities. We will match dots to numbers to create hearts, fingerpaint hearts by mixing colors, read in our magazine about ways to show love, count hearts to create a book and make a bear out of hearts.
Please remember we have changed our snow policy. If Kenton County Schools have a delay, we will delay. If there is a two hour delay, the morning preschool class is cancelled. I will email you if there is a delay or we are closed. Expect the email before 6:00 AM. If you are uncomfortable bringing your child to school, we understand but please let us know not to expect him/her.
Reminders
February 11- Texas Roadhouse Fundraiser in Ft. Wright from 3-10 PM (Flyer must be shone)

20 Tips for Parents From Preschool Teachers
Tip #5 Assign a chore. Putting your preschooler in charge of a regular, simple task will build her confidence and sense of competency, says Buss. A child who is entrusted to water the plants or empty the clothes dryer is likely to believe she can also get dressed herself or pour her own cereal. Just be sure the chore you assign is manageable and that it's real work, not busywork, since even preschoolers know the difference. The goal is to make your child feel like a capable, contributing member of the family.
We truly love having your child in our class! May God bless you all!
Sincerely,
Pamela Nunnelley
